1. Services
- All 1-2-1 sessions and retreats are goal-oriented and do not guarantee specific outcomes. Clients remain fully responsible for their decisions and actions.
- Sessions are conducted professionally. Clients must arrive on time, engage openly, and follow through on agreed actions to achieve optimal results.
- We do not offer therapy, counselling, or medical advice. All guidance is for informational purposes only.
- All client information is treated as confidential and will not be disclosed without prior consent.
2. Booking & Payment

1-2-1 sessions must be paid in full at the time of booking.
- Retreats require a non-refundable 30% deposit to secure your place. Full payment is due by the specified deadline.
- Prices exclude travel, insurance, spa treatments (unless specified), and personal expenses.
3. Cancellation Policy
Client Cancellations:
- All cancellations must be submitted in writing.

1-2-1 sessions cancelled less than 72 hours in advance are non-refundable.
- Retreat cancellations:
- More than 90 days before: full refund minus deposit.
- 60–90 days before: 50% refund minus deposit.
- Less than 60 days: no refund.
- Due to advance commitments, exceptions cannot be made.
Our Cancellations:
- If we cancel or reschedule a session or retreat, you may transfer your payment to a future service.
4. Late Arrivals & Early Departures
- No refunds or credits are issued for late arrivals or early departures.
5. Health & Participation in a Retreat
- You must inform us of any physical or mental health conditions, injuries, or dietary requirements before booking.
- Participation in wellness, or physical activities is voluntary and at your own risk.
- We strongly recommend consulting a healthcare professional before attending, especially if you have pre-existing conditions.
6. Acknowledgement of Risk
- You acknowledge that travel and wellness activities carry inherent risks. By booking, you confirm voluntary participation and accept full responsibility for your wellbeing.
7. Travel & Insurance
- You are responsible for arranging comprehensive travel and health insurance covering retreat activities, cancellations, and emergencies.
- We are not liable for any costs incurred due to lack of insurance.
- Insurance must be valid for the entire duration of your stay. Please bring a copy of your policy and share it with us in case of emergency.
8. Third-Party Providers
- We are not responsible for third-party services or transportation delays.
9. Accessibility & Suitability
- Retreats are not suitable for individuals under 18 or those requiring specialized care.
- Some venues may have limited accessibility.
10. Programme Changes
- We reserve the right to adjust schedules or activities due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., illness, weather) while maintaining service quality.
11. Waiver & Release
- You will be required to sign a waiver before attending a retreat.
- By participating, you release us and our affiliates from liability for any loss, injury, or damage to you or your property.
- We are not liable for any physical, medical, or mental conditions arising during or after our services.
- You voluntarily participate and waive any legal claims against us, our agents, contractors, employees, or directors, including for injury or death.
- Ensure your insurance policy covers these risks.
12. Media Release
- By attending, you grant permission for photos/videos taken during the retreat to be used for promotional purposes.
- If you prefer not to be featured, please notify us in writing before the retreat.
13. Complaints
- For concerns during your session or retreat, speak with the lead facilitator.
- Formal complaints must be submitted in writing within 14 days of the retreat’s conclusion.
14. Governing Law
- These terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.
