How do the sessions work?

Sessions are conducted one-on-one, either virtually or in person depending on your location. Each session typically lasts 60–90 minutes to allow sufficient time for understanding your goals, identifying issues, guided reflection and strategic planning. I also offer packages for ongoing support or complex matters, with follow-up between sessions. From time to time I organise the exclusive You But New retreat in Normandy, France - an in-depth transformational experience exploring the art of living beautifully.
